Under the broad direction of the Associate Librarian (Services), the Academic Services Team Leader will provide leadership and direction to team members providing information services and support to academic staff and students.

The Team assists with the identification of scholarly information resources (both print and electronic), delivers generic and curriculum-based information literacy training, manages standards for bibliographic access, provides reference and research advice in a variety of modes, and customises and promotes the discovery of library information services.

The position requires a strong commitment to client service and all aspects of team management.
