Macquarie University is first among the nation's universities under 50 years of age due to significant investment in areas of research
excellence. Located on 126 hectares, we enjoy excellent facilities and we are easily accessible by rail and bus. The new Macquarie
University Library opened in August 2011 and is the first University Library in Australia to install an Automated Storage and Retrieval

learning.
Within the Library, the role of the Library Services team is to deliver client focused services utilising new and emerging technologies
