- Work in an innovative environment on interesting and challenging projects in a leading cultural organisation.

- Use up-to-date tools and methodologies, including Agile, TDD and mobile development.

- Work with business stakeholders and other groups as required identifying, gathering and analysing requirements and developing requirements and functional specifications.

- As a leader or member of a project team, contribute to the development, user interface design, and implementation of web-based applications.

- Undertake systems testing and coordinate User Acceptance testing.

- Mentor less experienced business analysts, as required.

- A proven ability to work closely with stakeholders and other groups as required to identify, gather and analyse business and technical requirements is essential.

- Understanding of web application user interface design issues, for both public and internal systems, and of complex workflow systems is also required.

- A sound understanding of software development, project management methodologies and a degree in information technology or the equivalent is highly desirable.

salary$92,686 - $106,154 p.a. + Superannuation
