The Raiser’s Edge Database Coordinator works within the Development Office in the Community Outreach Branch. With a sound knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, the Database Coordinator will manage and monitor use of the database and assist other areas of the Library with recording relevant information in a standardised way.

The Raiser’s Edge Database Coordinator requires highly developed liaison skills and will work with, and provide Raiser’s Edge training as required, to staff in the Library’s collections, events and education, exhibitions, information technology and resource sharing areas for example. The Raiser’s Edge Database Coordinator will produce relevant reports and manage use of the database and related modules in the fundraising and development context. Liaising and building networks with other cultural and not-for-profit organisations to explore opportunities for optimising use of Raiser’s Edge at the Library, will be undertaken.

The Community Outreach Branch builds relationships between the Library and diverse communities, creating greater awareness of the Library and its range of resources. The Branch incorporates the Development Office, Events and Education, Volunteer Program and Friends of the National Library of Australia.

salaryAPS 6, $73,954 - $81,436 p.a. + Superannuation.
