St Hilda's College is a residential college affiliated with the University of Melbourne. It provides accommodation and educational support to 200 students
undertaking tertiary studies. The College's vision is to be MelbourneUniversity's most vibrant, academically stimulating and welcoming residential
community.
Reporting to the Vice Principal, the successful applicant will be responsible for the College library and the College archives. They will supervise a small
team of paid resident students who will assist in this task. The successful applicant will also be responsible for managing the College's Library budget.
We are seeking an outgoing person who is keen to engage with the College residents and assist them both in meeting their information needs and developing
their research skills.
The successful applicant will possess an Associate Diploma or Degree in the field of library studies. Some previous experience in a university setting
would be highly regarded.
This is a permanent part-time position working 2pm to 5pm, 5 days per week for 40 weeks of the university academic year.
