    Distinction of Associate Fellow

    Who can apply?

    Members in this self-nominating category must:

    1. be a current financial Associate member or Library Technician member of the Association;
    2. have been an Associate member or Library Technician member of the Association for five years;
    3. be currently participating in the ALIA PD scheme and can demonstrate ongoing compliance for a minimum of five years;
    4. be able to demonstrate professional/technical and personal knowledge and skills;
    5. be able to provide evidence of a significant degree of autonomy in decision-making practice;
    6. be currently employed in the Australian library or information sector or allied sector.
