| ALIA accreditation | The Diploma of Library / Information Services is recognised by ALIA until Nov 2014. This course offered by TAFE NSW Hunter Institute of TAFE is recognised by ALIA for a period of two years, from November 2009, subject to a satisfactory annual return being provided by TAFE NSW Hunter Institute of TAFE and the right of ALIA to reassess the course on the occurrence of what, in ALIA's view, are exceptional circumstances, and in any event, once during that two-year period, and no later than Nov 2014.
