Nomination forms for ALIA national awards are available here. You can submit nominations electronically, or print the forms to fill out and post.

Please read all of the instructions: There are instructions for electronic and postal submission included on the nomination forms. Please follow these instructions to ensure a successful submission.

It is recommended that nominations include a statement about the nominee contribution to the Objects and work of the Association.
