Happy 75th ALIA!

This year we celebrate our 75th anniversary at ALIA. Congratulations and thanks to all the dedicated professionals who have worked so hard to make ALIA the peak professional body for the Australian library and information industry.

ALIA Board Directors announced

Four new Director appointments will be made to the ALIA Board in May this year. Julie Rae takes on the role of Vice-President (President elect) and will be joined by Edmund Balnaves, Elke Dawson, Aileen Weir.

ALIA Online Conference announced

Brisbane has been selected as the location for the ALIA Information Online 2013 Conference. The conference will be held in the week 11th-15th February 2013. Jane Cowell of SLQ will chair the conference organising committee.
