It's about budgets, operations, systems, management, and chasing the corporate dollar. So let's get down to it - what are your secrets for a balanced budget? How did you get your organisation to listen? What creative ways have you found around budgetary restrictions? What systems, organisational or otherwise, have worked for you? Share your story.   • Inaugural Kay Poustie AM International Scholarship: To honour Kay's immense contribution to the library profession the State Library of Western Australia Foundation has created the Kay Poustie Scholarship. This scholarship takes the form of an International Study Grant and will enable a WA-based librarian to travel overseas to learn more about innovative library practices and to bring that knowledge back to Western Australia.
