Solo librarians and professional development

All solo librarians are invited to participate in an exploratory study about their unique barriers and opportunities to professional development. This research looks at the value solo librarians place on PD, their reasons for, or not, participating in PD, and how they have responded to (or are currently dealing with) barriers and opportunities. If you would like to read the questionnaire or participate in this study (and you are a solo!), please send me your preferred contact details. I can e-mail or post you a questionnaire, which will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Ann.Penhallow@postgrads.unisa.edu.au
