Era Publications has given the following permissions for NSS 2008:
- Permission for participating organisations to present a translation of the book during the event with the condition that the translation is not printed or distributed and is used for the event only.
- Permission for participating organisations to present a dramatisation of the book with the condition that the presentation occurs only in connection with the event.
- Permission for participating organisations to have an interpreter translate and read the book in another language with the condition that the presentation occurs only in connection with the event.
- Permission for participating organisations to use an image of the book cover for NSS 2008 promotion.

Era Publications has organised an Arthur Power-Point presentation to assist with large storytime readings of Arthur for National Simultaneous Storytime.

Online version of Arthur
From 14 May to 21 May, Era Publications will provide an online version of Arthur for participating libraries to use for the event.

Arthur Online
Permitted uses of the online version include the ability to:
- access, display and manipulate the content through any online or connected device within your institution, including computers, digital projectors and interactive whiteboards.
- Copy, print, download, dramatise or display any part of the online version provided such use is not intended to allow the re-distribution or re-use of the image(s) or text.
